I was happy the whole time.

The breakfast was good . The location was convienent

The first room the carpet was wet and smelled pretty bad with chemicals. Hoses going in and out of building and Ibiza a cane . I almost tripped over them . Loud machines constantly . I asked for another room gave me similar room with no outside view at all . Mold and dirt in air vent . Attached is pictures. Also when checking in never asked if I needed help with luggage at all . Horrible customer service when checking in . I was looking forward to a relaxing place to stay and never could find the beautiful pool facilities pictured in photos . 😢we don’t return or recommend this resort .

Great location . Rooms could do with a little update ie remove the Dvd/vhs player and replace coffee machine with a small kettle. However they were clean and quite spacious. Complimentary breakfast was basic , poly plates, plastic cutlery etc and the staff member serving wasn't all that friendly. There is a lot of work being done in the carparking areas (solar panels being fitted) we weren't aware of this at time of booking and although it didn't really affect us we probably should have been made aware. The workers started around 7-7.30 am. It does looks close to being completed. Pool area looked nice although we didnt use it and views over golf course were lovely. I would stay again but its no 5 star luxury you get what you pay for.

The pool/garden/lake area is beautiful. Elaborate water features on both sides that produce a relaxing atmosphere. The lake is beside the pool giving a beautiful view. Everything was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was average. I am gluten intolerant and there was no gf bread or gf yogurt. We had an issue that required we speak to the property manager and he was very professional and very helpful. Great location. We were so glad that we stayed and would definitely stay again.

I wish I could leave a negative star review. I have stayed at this place several times over the years while on business trips. Several years ago, it was the go to place for my company. But, that resort is just going downhill and tonight was my final straw. Last two previous stays I had to switch rooms. One trip was do to the room smelling like cigarette smoke, and the other the air conditioning broke. But hang on it gets better! After arriving tonight after a long drive, there was no parking due to the whole place being under construction, so I just parked in the middle of the entry way so I could check in. No problem. Well turns out there is only roughly 15 spots infront of building 12 ALL OTHERS are too park in a dirt lot to the east. After navigating into this dirt lot, I unloaded all my luggage and drug it through the lot, around all the construction barriers, and up to my room. Tired and ready for bed I can't get into the room because the card wouldnt work to open the door. I did not want to drag all my luggage back through the construction site to my car or haul with me all the way around to the lobby so I sat and waited for maintenance to show up and let me in. The maintenance worker showed up finally, opened the door, handed me my new keys, and away he went. Finally inside my rooom, I tossed everything down to use the restroom. That's when I discovered the room was ALREADY OCCUPIED!!!!!! They double booked that room! What a disgrace of an operation. Had to drag all my stuff back through that lot in the dark and went and found a new hotel. Today I found out from two different colleagues that their reservations were messed up as well....

THe suites located on the bottom floor, near the pool! quietness. staff are very helpful and friendly. ")

No golf information and or liason for guess who want to golf. You have to walk over to the GC to get most of your golf info.
