The location was great.

Our room was poor. Dark & looked nothing like the pictures online. Looking at the rest of the property which looked beautiful, our room was nothing like what we saw around the property. Don’t stay in the garden room location. You also, needed reservations to eat at the restaurant across the street. They could not accommodate us for dinner.

"Not at all what I expected for my first time in this resort hotel ."

it is located in beautiful part of Green Valley .

poor planning, we arrived while landscaping of palm trees was taking place , The pool was full of debris to include pool area . Not very appealing or comfortable. The room that we stayed in has non working tv. Staff was notified and she did the best possible even offer a different room due to not having any maintenance crew working at the time. Moving to a different room upstairs was more inconvenient than just not having a working tv since we already had our stuff out . Again staff was great just poor management.
