"Felt taking care of and listened to which felt good as a first time guest."

The guests next to me were insanely loud so the front desk person provided excellent customer service giving me an upgrade. It really meant a lot because I traveled a long way to arrive at the location & needed a good night sleep. I slept good and it contributed to my trip. I appreciate this level of customer service as it’s rare today & will come back just because of this experience!

Would have liked some walking area / trails Also not sure if floors were thin, but we can here upstairs walking around

Free breakfast, nice pool, nice view, easy location to get to

I didn't like the window view or patio set up, seems not private. There was limited options for breakfast, no egg whites, no avocado, no lemon
