Cleanliness, comfortable beds

Lack of washcloths for booking of 2 people, no single coffee pot maker but to be fair there going thru major remodel. There was coffee in lobby. One bedside lamp not working, missing sprinkler cover and doors not replaced but again there remodeling. Not a quiet neighborhood due to all traffic but that’s expected for its location but easy access to highways.

The hotel was in renovation during the time of the stay? Breakfast room was renovated but no notice was given during the time of booking. Breakfast was given in a brown bag with two apples, snack and a small juice. The room we had had no curtains, as females it was uncomfortable considering were in the third floor staring across the other building. The staff was kind enough to switch our room. There was no hot water when showering. Elevator was not trustworthy and could use an upgrade as well.

Being woken up at 9:30am by staff and Yassina demanding to service my room even tho I had a do not disturb sign on my door and not apologizing about it at all

Bus route. About 1 mile from downtown. If needed walking distance to downtown.

Doing a remodel at the time. Needs more restaurants within walking distance. Difficulty sleeping at times due to outside noises.

Room and furniture is old and dingy. Definitely needs a remodel.

Very nice and helpful staff.

need of updating, doors, walls and furniture. Bed was OK, pillows very lumpy. Very few channels on TV, fuzzy picture. Old bed linens. Continental breakfast was very basic. My room had a lot of road noise.
