We had an amazing weekend here. The staff is highly service-minded and goes over and beyond to assist you. The hotel is as it looks in the marketing material, a really lovely inspirational place. The hotel is impeccably clean. With COVID-19 the hotel has adapted and it felt very safe. The only slightly less positive comment is regarding the Spa, it's very full and I couldn't get any treatment there during our two night/three days stay.

Fantastisch luxe hotel. Goed ontbijt, goed restaurant. Ook het restaurant op de golfclub is prima (en betaalbaarder). Vriendelijke en gastvrije medewerkers.

"Séjour Hôtel PGA golf Catalunya"

Beaucoup de monde qui peut générer des attentes pour le service. Golf PGA sur place. Problème pour membre VIP Access ne respecte pas la garantie du départ tardif. Nombreuses activités sur place. Restauration sommaire mais excellent petit déjeuner. Piscine transat salle de sport. Bonne connexion wifi.

"Menos estrellas de lo indicado"

Relación calidad precio exagerada. Puede que sea por la temporada de verano pero en otros hoteles de similares características se obtienen mejores servicios. Para empezar llegamos por la noche al check in y nos ofrecieron una habitación sin vistas y al poco tiempo la cambiaron por otra con peores vistas aún, alegando que el hotel estaba completo a pesar que hice la reserva con antelación. Muy pocas amenities del baño, tuve que pedirlas en recepción a las 2 de la madrugada. El restaurante muy normal sin mucha variedad de platos ni creatividad para el precio y además cierran la cocina a las 10 (estando el restaurante dentro del hotel pudieran alargar más el horario especialmente en verano). En la reserva de hoteles.com se ofrecía 20% de descuento en comidas y spa, tampoco la aplicaron a pesar que dijeron que lo harían al check out. Tampoco hubo suficientes tumbonas en la piscina. Eso sí la atención de los camareros muy buena, especialmente la de Daniel.
