easy check in and out, nice room very clean space

room was quite most of the night

room smelled strong of bleach all night, smoke detector beeping, counter person advised to remove battery and sleep without a smoke detector. There were no pillows on bed, Had to ask for them and wait. Dog of employee behind counter barking / whining, no one at counter in the morning to speak with.

Room was nice staff rude as hell id never stay here again because of that

A lot of work to be done there.... our reservation was not ready at check in. When we did get to our room one of the beds were not made. We had to wait for another room. We didn't have any wash clothes, floor towel, or Kleenex. One of the beds had a dirty blanket on the bed and decorative cover was faded. AC unit didn't work correctly. Room was humid the whole stay. Parts of the AC unit laying in the window sill. No complementary breakfast as advertised. On our way out a lady opened the door from her room and said she had no towels. The whole building had the smell of mold covered up by bleach. Our clothes smelled of mold the next day. Terrible experience especially after driving all day and have to pay for that. Your Hotel needs a lot of work and employees that care.

The staff was helpful, kind, and courteous.
