I liked the area and clean rooms the staff was helpful and professional

On the second floor it had a smell from the carpet nothing a deep clean won't help

Didn't have a lot of choices. No milk or butter for waffles.

More selections for breakfast.

It were peaceful

Did have enough towel in the bathroom only had 2 in there then housekeeper come in clean room taking my face towel not playing attention.

The first room we was offered was not ready. They put us in another room which was discussing. The chair must have had an animal on it all scraped up and dirty. The sheets was like sand paper. Bed in a medal frame and made noise at every move. Mattress thin and uncomfortable. No hair dryer nor tissue. Had to ask for towels as no one replaced it in our second night there. Even though it says no smoking we smelled smoke as cigarette. The hall floor was not vacuumed.,I could go on and on but bottom line it was a disaster that I booked at this place and very much overpriced. Never staying at a Red Roof again. Thankfully I did find a room at another hotel which is in excellent condition and the staff so accommodating and kind.. I hope no family nor friend or living human would have the experience we had at this Red Roof Inn

Bed was comfortable

Floors dirty, walls dirty, refrigerator spray painted with "He's my superman, wall had unfinished patch spots, sink had a large patch spot unfinished & still leaking, shower rod was falling off the wall, shower curtain wouldn't stay closed, the couch was so dirty, stained and disgusting it shouldn'teven be in the room, towels very thin and had stains, loose tile on the floor, curtains have black marks on them. Shower head had a piece of plastic tied around it so it wouldn't spray the whole bathroom. I paid 200.00 a night for a room that should have been put out of order!

The air was not working. Extremely hot.

The check in

The room was trash. Must be one of the red roofs in the US. There is no reason a room in that condition should be rented. I left early and debated calling the health department.
