Copley House

A small cute apartment with a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, 2 plate convection stove top, sink, microwave and all necessary crockery and cooking equipment) … very comfortable bed, shower over the bath … and with a 10 minute walk to a large supermarket and many restaurants. The staff were outstanding… they helped carry my heavy suitcases on arrival and departure.

My apartment was on the 4th floor… no elevator, carpeted stairs (easy to slip on) … but a big shoutout to the wonderful staff … strong young men who helped carry my heavy luggage. I am a solo 60 something traveller.

Location is great. Access was easy.

I’m really surprised these rooms are offered as sleeping 3 people. One room had a small double bed, and a sofa bed, the other a small double bed and a really small single person sofabed. The mattresses on those sofa beds are awful and the smaller single sofa bed is too short for someone 5’8 to even fit on (their feet hang off). Overall very surprised and think these should not be marketed as sleeping 3 people. Finally, the rooms themselves are very small - as soon as you make it impossible not to use the sofabed, everyone’s on top of each other

The location was great! It was near the bus and train station and close to restaurants and stores! My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Everything. Excellent communication throughout, clean and comfortable.

Some small wear and tear on the sofa and temperature adjuster in the shower is loose around the “ideal” shower temperature.
