Cozy accommodations. Great location within minutes of subway station. Quiet

Within 30 minutes of walking in the accommodations, the bottom of my white socks were black. Clearly the floor had not been mopped prior to our arrival. The fitted sheet on the queen size mattress was put on sideways. The entire top left corner of the mattress exposed. We had to completely remake the bed

Everything clean and perfectly located. Super nice and easy communication. Easy check in

The main heating system was quite noisy in the evening.

It was a great value, and the location was ideal. Also, having parking on the premise was a plus. I highly recommend it.

There is no elevator.

Lo único que rescato es la ubicación geográfica. Pero también relacionado con la ubicación debo decir que están construyendo en frente un edificio y el ruido es una pesadilla todo el tiempo. Las paredes y ventanas no atenúan ese ruido lo que lo hace insoportable.

Le falta mantenimiento en general, había manchones de pintura blanca en las paredes del departamento como si hubieran arreglado algo y lo dejaron a medio hacer. Las alfombras en la entrada al edificio necesitan una limpieza y deberían hacer algo para amortiguar el ruido que se escucha de la calle y de otros departamentos.
