Beautiful building, excellent and accommodating staff who were very helpful and understanding. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do (about 1/2 hour or less walk to some where we were going in every direction).

Parking was tight for my big truck, but they did offer me a different spot in a farther location, but i managed in the tight spot

Lovely, clean , comfortable room in a brownstone. The friendly staff was very helpful when I stayed overnight in Boston because I missed a connecting flight. Nicer feel than a corporate hotel and a very pleasant walk to the Logan Express. Also the nearby Pressed Cafe offers amazing choices. The electronic entry system is easy to use.

There are stairs if that is a concern.

The location

Needed some repairs (broken countertop). Noisy due to hearing people walking up and down the stairs.

Stairs to get to basement room and no elevator

Location, friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in and check-out, comfortable beds, great accommodations (kitchen, living spaces, coffee, towels).

Great location, having laundry, allow early checkin

Need to fix in room, no pet
