Best Western Plus Mariposa Inn & Conference Centre

The staff were absolutely great, polite, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean but smelled like carpet cleaner/wet dog. Beds were really uncomfortable, not sure if its because they need to be replaced. Sound barriers could've been better..kept hearing the outside door squeak open/closed all night.

We very much appreciated the hot breakfast in the morning time. The facility was very clean, but there are two additional fees that were charged on including a Orillia fee as well as a promotional fee plus taxes on top of it, adding an additional 21% on top of the room rate which should be better advertised.

Room was pass due a redo,bedding was stained, bathroom mirrors were not cleaned properly finger prints on both of them, dead spider on floor in bathroom corner , Shower grouting very old and turning colour .Stay there is about $50.00 over priced

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of selection. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. That was a nice surprise. Rooms were very clean, spacious and stocked. Very close to attractions and shopping amd dining . Shout out to connor at the deont desk and emily . Would highly recommend this hotel

Parking sucked full everywhere

Customer service was great, pool, hot tub and sauna were lovely and clean. And to top it off the breakfast was so tasty.

Good location Premises and rooms need to be updated

My room smelled like wet dog for the whole stay (5 nights), even with the window left open. There were used towels and a bikini left over in the bathroom from the previous guest. The underside of the toilet seat had urine stains. The sink had what looked like dog hair in it. The air conditioner was loud. The breakfast was poor. The front desk staff were great, as was the bed. Very comfortable.

It was clean the pool and hot tub was excellent

Parking is plentiful but long walks to your room if you’re in the middle of the hotel
