Great place

The bed was comfortable

The fitted sheet didn’t fit appropriately. The outlet by the side of bed did not work, there was an old water bottle behind the nightstand and there was hair in the drawers in the vanity! We would give it another chance if we were given a free nights stay! Thank you!

Near Portsmouth - a few minutes away. Close to food shopping and restaurants. And allows pets!

The beds were comfy, the shower was amazing. The staff in the kitchen was incredibly helpful and so kind. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was wonderful upon check-in. The room is beautiful, clean and cozy.

Everything was very nice, well maintained, looked great. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds outside are nice, lots of grassy areas, trees for shade. Also a nice patio with big grills.

We went there to spend a family weekend get away for one night. The room we had was great and amenities was awesome. I do have a complain with my check in experience and the front desk service for the rest of the night. This person was not happy to help us at all. He didnt seem like he want to be there at all. Later in the evening I when down to ask for extra towels. He took it out of the closet and just kind of throw it at me and said nothing or even make eyes contact and took off. I did not appreciate that type of service at all. For a hospitality facility he sure not showing hospitable. I was disappointed for the service with this person.

The property was neat and clean. Staff is super nice. The only issue we had was we thought the room that we had gotten had 2 bedrooms so the website descriptions and pictures were misleading.

The website stated that Hampton Beach was less than 9 miles away, which is more like 20 miles away. This was very misleading and we had to pay tolls going back-and-forth to the hotel.

Neighbours on top floor were banging and jumping till almost 1am. We tried to call front desk a couple of times, but since only 1 person was on duty overnight we couldn’t reach anyone. Smoke detectors in every room were blinking right into our faces every few seconds and we couldn’t sleep well. Our bath tub was dirty with standing water. For the second night we did get opportunity to shower in another room. Overall, this is one of the worst maintained Hilton properties we’ve seen.

The desk check in was rude didn’t explain anything to us, there was a bug in the fold out bed, the coffe for the breakfast was cold
