"Hour long Waits at Check IN, Useless Staff, Pool Closed"

Over Priced, Slow Staff, Hour Long waits for Check ins. No apologies from staff for their disorder and mistakes/understaffed or just running on their own time, disrespectful type people.

Room was not ready at 3pm. Made us wait a long time. Pool was out of order, slow staff, not cut out for this type of work. Avoid this location.
