"$430 a night for dirty unchanged sheets"

Stayed only for one night to drop daughter off to USC after Thanksgiving break. $350 for the night and then $75 for pet and had to pay for parking. I don’t think the room was serviced before our stay. No hand soap in the dispenser and no body wash. No problem we just used provided bar soap. But we did have to call for another pillow (no one answered front desk so had to walk down) again no big deal. The big deal was when it was 9:00 and we were going to bed-pulled down sheets and was obvious they were never changed after last guest. Again no one answered phone so had to get redressed (already showered and in pjs) and walk down with photos in hand to ask them to change the sheets. It was disgusting.
