Convenient location to multiple areas of interest

We found trash in our room left from the previous inhabitants. Dirty fast food cups and straws, clothing tags, and even a wet pool toy were under the bed and in the corner of the room. Just cleaned it ourselves as we were only staying 1 night.

The Customer Service of the Front Desk I want to say her name is Courtney she was great. She check me in and gave me Excellent Service. Not only her but the Housekeeper on Duty I don’t know his name but I had an issue he was up there Within minutes

We had an unplanned extended stay before the Christmas holiday, and the circumstances were stressful. Im so thankful we ended up at this HGI. Everyone has been so lovely to us. They truly go above and beyond to accommodate all their guests. The two departments Ive had the most interaction with has been the front desk and the kitchen. Eric and Courtney have been wonderful in handling all my reservations. They are professional and I love their energy. Yolande has also been super nice and extremely helpful. The ladies who take care of the breakfast are beautiful inside and out. Definitely enjoy the delicious breakfast and I promise Lauren and Vee will take excellent care of you and your furbabies. The rooms are very clean. The pool and fitness center are pristine and very well taken care of. Upper management is fair and very pleasant as well. Thank you all for making a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I appreciate you all so so much!
