The breakfast was well prepared and tasted very good. I thought the decor of this facility was fantastic! So I was surprised the outside looked weather and in need of a refresh. I will be staying here again in the future. The elevator wasn't working when I got there and the staff member upgraded me because I wanted to be on the top floor, that was Awesome!

In the evening when it was busy there wasn't enough staff to help everyone in a timely matter. I thought the staff member did an awesome job keeping his composure and took care of everyone's needs.

The portable cot was very uncomfortable. not enough parking. Never a spot when we came back to the hotel at night. otherwise everything else was great.

Facility clean and comfortable.

Breakfast at the facility was what made the stay less than great. Coffee was ordered but was served cold w/o cream or sugar. There was a coffee stand behind a counter which we were not directed to. The waiter engaged in conversation with a friend for several minutes while we waited to order and overall was slow to serve us.
