But room wasn't completely clean, rose petals was so on the floor and jacuzzi tub was still dirty

Wonderful indoor heated pool. I forgot my glasses at the pool and MARKEL let me in after hours to retrieve them. Thank you! Courtney J welcomed me in to a jacuzzi tub room which was just what I needed…I left the hotel with no body pain!!! Great experience. Chef made best ever wings and lady at bar was very personable and caring.

We had our Alford family reunion here and I hardly leave reviews, however, I must shout out Ms. Margaret! She was outstanding all around! When I tell you the whole family was talking great things about her all night. Ms. Margaret is an excellent worker and great with people and I loved it. She is very patient and really made sure our family reunion was enjoyable and that meant a lot to us. One lady at the desk was kind of rude at the desk to some of the family and I feel if you’re going to work at any establishment especially around people you definitely need people skills. On the other hand, Ms. Margaret made sure we enjoyed ourselves and had us laughing as well. I am from Orlando Fl and we talked about Ms. Margaret on the way home.

Courtney J was an excellent host. She made us all feel warm, welcome and comfortable. Just a call away. And she was there on the case.
