"our stay was pleasant however I would have preferred a shorter stay"

location

the dress code as there wasn't one for public areas such as the restaurant. people attended the breakfast in dressing gowns, pyjamas and inappropriate clothes. The hotel needs to address this issue. Also there were almost no healthy food options at breakfast which was a shame.

The location is convenient.

This hotel is old and needs maintenance. Small things like curtains that don't close, a shower that takes 10 minutes to warm up, an elevator not working, make for a less than satisfactory stay.

We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Deluxe and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the room was. It worked really well for our family and gave everyone enough space to unwind. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, with a decent selection to start the day. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and professional, which really added to the experience. The gym was well-equipped and had everything we needed to keep up with our workout routine, and we enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was clean and relaxing. One of the biggest highlights was the location. It’s fantastic — just a 10-minute walk to Greenbelt, Landmark, and Glorietta, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The area also felt safe to walk around in, even with kids. Overall, Somerset Millennium Makati delivered a comfortable, smooth stay with solid amenities and a prime location. Some areas could use a little refresh, but the service, convenience, and space make it a great option for families and longer stays in Makati.

"Nice and homey hotel in Makati"

A very nice and homey hotel in Makati. The staff are very welcoming and nice, and the room is spacious and clean. The pool and gym are well maintained and enjoyable to use. I also love the breakfast since it has good variety and tastes fresh. I am very happy with my stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

I contacted the hotel in advance to request gluten free options for breakfast but these were not available on our first morning. The staff did their best to accommodate this but I feel the information was not provided to the appropriate people prior to our arrival
