I feel the staff make it so good that regardless of anything you may not like they will counteract that feeling.

I would say the building is showing its age but it’s still ok.

I am very disappointed with the services I received from the lobby staff. I called twice from my room but no one answered.on my 3rd attempt, the call was finally answered, and I was told that they were busy and would call back. Unfortunately no one ever called back. I had to come down all the way from the 21st floor of only to find the staff not busy but casually talking with their colleagues pretending to be occupied. This was very unprofessional,inconvenience and not acceptable from a hotel of your standard. I hope this issue will be addressed, and proper training or corrective measures will be taken to ensure guests are treated with respect and prompt service in the future.

- staff is amazing, friendly and professional. Assisting to your every need and keep it personal. - location is awesome and really close to parks, malls, restaurants and a convenient store right below. - quite a quick ride to and from the aiport, approx. 20min with skyway. Depending on traffic. - rooms are spacious and clean - great gym - in house barbershop
