This property is a pet friendly accommodations with terms and conditions are the guests need to provide a vaccinated letter of the pet and need to fill out the pet form upon check-in at the property. The pet deposit is IDR 1,500,000 Net per Pet. Please be informed that the Ascott Jakarta swimming pool renovation will be done in 2 phases. We have two swimming pools, and they will take turn to be renovated with below detail: 1st Period : June 19th – August 12th (for the Kids Pool) 2nd Period : August 13th – October 18th (for the Adult Pool) Therefore, there will be one swimming pool available during the renovation. Breakfast is free of charge for children aged 0–6 years. A breakfast surcharge of 50% of the breakfast price per child applies for children aged 7–11 years. Children aged 12 years and above will be charged for breakfast as adultsGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Loves the rooms, facilities and the locations is Superb. Will definately be back here again when i'm come to Jakarta.

The main toilet shower host spoilt and the sink in the toilet leakaged. No time to call for service as we mostly out. Other then that all is fine.

The area is the only main reasson to stay

staff was helpful, but although we requested to change room becuase of aircon in masterbed room is not working properly, microwave is in trouble, and water dispenser is only serve hot water (cold water is not working) and we only can get room change in day 3 which was only 1 night more to stay. So we reject it.. so many things to pack and unpack for only 1 night reimaining. (We requested since the day we arrived).

The property is strategically located near several shopping malls, making it convenient for shopping, while the staff are friendly, helpful, and approachable throughout the stay.

The room could be further improved by providing a big mirror and a hair dryer for each room as these amenities were not available during my stay.
