We booked the three rooms family suite,it was so comfortable that we can run around,rooms were clean,breakfast was average but this hotel has the best location to get around the city,food junctions are everywhere

Shower room was a bit stinky as water flowed bit slow n stucked esp in the master room

Facilities, staff and cleanliness

Location a bit far to tanah abang and thamrin city The breakfast buffet is good but not much variety.

Somerset Jakarta Grand Citra is truly an excellent hotel in every aspect. The facilities are top-notch, the quality is unparalleled, and the staff are outstanding. I especially want to highlight the amazing treatment by Ms. Rea at the reception, who was like an angel in this hotel. She helped me greatly with early check-in arrangements and late check-out as well. Honestly, her service was beyond words, and I am very grateful for everything. As for the rooms, they are elegantly designed and extremely clean. I highly recommend staying here. I will sure stay again in this hotel for my next visit to Jakarta. Special thanks to Ms. Rea, as well as the entire staff and the management of this hotel.

Near by Lotte Shopping Avenue, the room full furnish. The front desk, Housekeeping, security very helpful and friendly. Especially mba Caca, thank you for the hospitality
