Hotel Belmar Galeria

Nice, quaint hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. WiFi could have been better. Also, it sometimes took a while for water to become hot. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Rooms are aged, but clean, and efficient. If you only want to sleep, shower and go - that’s the place to be. Close to all of the action in the Centro. Would have preferred an air conditioner that is not a portable one. It’s very noisy. There’s also some construction next door, but they do start no earlier than 8am weekdays.

I stay here mainly because of the great service. The great price is an added bonus.

Liked the style of the hotel. It was fun, good quiet A/C. Comfortable. liked having cooking facilities. Restaurants all around! Many city noises.

Stellar customer service at front desk. Oscar was especially great! Cleanliness and location were on point. Internet speed was a plus.

This was my first time in PVR, and after the long taxi to the "Romantic Zone" I finally found the hotel. When I went the property next to it was vacant. This hotel seems to be in front of a local bus stop as buses constantly are bustling down the cobblestone along with trucks. A bit noisy. The reception is dated, but quick. This hotel has NO ELEVATOR, so trucking up 5 flights of stairs with your suitcases is a workout. We were asked to leave our hotel keys with reception, which seemed odd but was actually nice since there was only 1 key and 2 of us. The PM lobby person always acted annoyed when we came in late. The room - The room was basic, standard size bedroom, sink out side of the room, and small bathroom with a shower. The patio was a nice add on, but at night the lizards were everywhere. The AC worked well, the beds were a little too soft and the foam type. We only stayed 1 night and I think that was enough for us. PRO - Easy to get to Location was near the bars and clubs AC CONS- Very outdated No Elevator Outside Noise

It is a great hotel and not expensive. Very clean and the staf is very very very friendly. Just a negative thing Its no elevator ,I stayed at the 4th flore but was ok ,I took just a carion bagage.

The staff were super friendly and eager to help. They also spoke English fairly fluently and were able to understand us. This place is not very fancy so if you’re looking for an all-inclusive, this is not it. It is, however, within walking distance of the Malecon, beach, shops, and several local food stops. And it is also in a safe location. We had a corner room overlooking the city with a large balcony that wrapped around two sides. It was comfortable and clean. A very nice, cool (yes, it has air conditioning!) place to rest and relax in between a long day at the beach and shopping before going to dinner. We would definitely stay here again if back in Puerto Vallarta!

Hotel location is close to everything staff very friendly and room were clean.
