Das Bett war bequem

Es ist direkt an einer Hauptstraße die sehr sehr laut ist bis in den Morgenstunden… man hört bis 4 Uhr morgens sehr laute Motorräder da man wirklich den Anbau direkt auf der Straße gemacht hat. Es gibt Zimmern die zur Garten Seite liegen und etwas ruhiger sind, aber die werden nach Sympathie von dem Manager vermittelt. Selbst als wir meinten wir würden gerne dazu zahlen Hauptsache es wäre ruhig , bekamen wir die Antwort, das Zimmer wäre für uns nicht gerecht und bekamen ein Zimmer am Kinderpool. Davor hatten wir ein Zimmer direkt zur Strassenseite. Die Hotel Zimmern wurden in den 15 Tagen nicht einmal gesaut oder mal die Haare vom Boden gekehrt …. Es wurde drauf bestanden das die putzen so sind wir jedes Mal früh aus den Zimmern, jedoch wurde nur der Mülleimer entleert und das Bett gerichtet. Bedeutet wenn eine Haare schon zwei mal duscht und Haare kämmt bleibt alles liegen, es wir egal wie nur das Bett gemacht und Müll entleert. Für frische Handtücher nach 5 Tagen und Toilettenpapier kam wirklich nur nach mehrmals anfragen. Der Pool war katastrophal. Die Fliesen darin sehr kaputt so dass man aufpassen musste beim reingehen sich nicht zu schneiden und auch das Wasser war an mehreren Tagen sehr verdreckt. Leider hat es zwar Mega Bilder drin die Zimmern sind auch so ausgestattet aber mehr ist nicht drin . Hatten auch trd mehrfachen Anfragen nicht mal einen Sitz bekommen für auf den Balkon, obwohl es bei anderen scheinbar vorhanden war.

Удобное расположение, рядом с пляжем. Приветливый и услужливый персонал. Отличный номер (вилла с собственным бассейном). Превосходная территория отеля.

Переход к пляжу (но так везде в Кароне) - через улицу с интенсивным движением (слегка не безопасно), приходилось махать руками, чтобы машины притормаживали и пропускали. Непонятное ценообразование: цены на продукты минибара и в барах иногда включали ндс и сервисный сбор, а иногда не включали (отчего это зависит так и не понял).

Enjoyed a great stay here. The highlight was definitely the friendly service - getting a room upgrade was a lovely touch that we really appreciated. The location is very good and next to the beach. Breakfast was decent with enough selection for all. We were spoilt for choice with three pools to choose from.

The location is next to a beach, but need to cross a busy road to get there. Most general amenities such as a supermarket or town centre is a short walk.

Snídaní byla výborná a opravdu bylo z čeho vybrat, zatím největší nabídka jídel co jsem kdy na hotelu viděl. Velmi ochotný, nápomocný a usměvavý personál, vždy vyšli vstříc.

During our 9-night stay, housekeeping timing was inconsistent and unpredictable; every day the room was serviced at a different time, with no clear schedule communicated. Breakfast became repetitive after several days due to very limited food rotation. There were no pork options such as bacon or sausage, and after more than a week it was difficult to know what to eat as the selection rarely changed. One day before checkout, our room key suddenly stopped working. We had to return to the front office, where we were told that our checkout date had been entered incorrectly in the system. On another occasion, a housekeeper entered our room without knocking and insisted it was our checkout day, claiming there were no guests in-house. There was also a day when the water supply stopped without prior notice. Only after contacting the front desk were we informed that cold water pipes were being replaced. Overall, these repeated operational issues significantly impacted our stay. I chose Holiday Inn because of its strong brand reputation, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I work in the luxury hotel industry as part of an executive team, and experiencing so many basic service failures within 10 days is simply too much.
