Sa situation à la fois retirée et près de tout

Chambre pas prête à l’arrivée, donc surclassement soi-disant et là une horreur : il pleuvait dans la chambre, très sale et mauvaise odeur. A savoir que nous avions payé pour avoir un lit supplémentaire. On nous a changé de chambre et nous avons eu la chambre réservée mais sans le lit en plus pourtant j’ai payé : cela devrait être remboursé. Pas ou peu d’animation dans l’hôtel. On a l’impression que le personnel court tout le temps et ils ne sont pas assez. Petit déjeuné froid si vous arrivez juste, petit déjeuné mal géré car du monde et pas de service.

la struttura è molto bella, le piscine splendide e ben servite. Colazione buona e la spiaggia vicina e molto bella, a parte l'attraversamento sulla strada che è molto pericoloso.

La prenotazione attraverso Booking non è chiara, perchè pur prenotando per 3 persone , non abbiamo specificato i 3 letti e ci siamo trovati a dormire con la bambina in un letto matrimoniale. Inoltre all' arrivo abbiamo atteso, dopo un lungo viaggio di 16 ore, oltre un'ora in reception perchè non risultava il pagamento, fatto ancora in Italia, con Booking. Forse si poteva prima accoglierci e poi verificare cosa era successo.
