AZIMUT Hotel Astrakhan

Just next to Volga River, perfect view from the room. You can take a walk every morning and evening along the bankment. And not far from the Kremlin. Staff here can speak English and are friendly.The room was really small, and breakfast can be better.

What is good... 1. Location. It's close to thr embarkment of river Volga and in a walking distance from city-center. 2. Air conditioning system is cooling rooms quote effective, but you can not adjust it. 3. Prices are attractive. But... What is not good. 1. Furniture like hello from soviet time. 2. No shower gel or schampoo, no snipers. Only towels.You can by some stuff on reception.

Отель - это прежде всего ночлег, а ночлег - спокойный сон в удобной постели. Не знаю как в других, но в номере 719 постель комфортная для сна. К тому же окно выходило на южную сторону, и было приятно начинать утро вместе с ярким зимним солнцем. Понятная и дружелюбная система обогрева: несмотря на 20-градусный мороз в номере было тепло. Понравилось наличие спутникового (?) телевидения, были каналы, которых нет у НТВ+ и Триколора, например, "Домашние животные" и "Евроспорт". Оценили большой сейф, вмещающий ноутбук, и мини-бар, который обычно посетители используют в качестве холодильника. Жаль, не было электрочайника. Решительно не понравилась система дверей в санузле: понятно желание сэкономить пространство, но удобства стало меньше. Район, где находится отель, тихий, спокойный, в пешей доступности 17-я пристань, Лебединое озеро, Кремль, Татар-базар. Персонал на рецепшн покорил доброжелательностью, молодцы девчонки. Шведский стол на завтраке, откровенно говоря, не вдохновил: голодным не уйдешь, но однообразие меню изо дня в день приводило в уныние. В целом отель оправдывает свои три звезды, а стоимость проживания с лихвой компенсирует немногочисленные минусы.

Всем доброго времени суток. Находясь в рабочей поездке в г. Астрахани, остановился в отеле Азимут, с 10.08.16г. по 11.08.16г. Из плюсов: доброжелательный персонал, прекрасное местонахождение, номер просторный и удобный. Минусов для себя не обнаружил.

Hôtel très bien situé face à la Volga . Très agréable de se promener sur les quais . Proche du centre-ville également, 1 km environ. Chambre «smart» très propre, personnel très accueillant , buffet petit déjeuner varié et copieux . Tout parfait .

Nettes personal leider aber nur russisch sprechend, zimmer war ganz in ordnung, für langschläfer: do not disturb auf die tür hängen ansonsten wird man um 09:00 vom personal geweckt wegen dem zimmerputzen.

I arrived to Astrakhan late in the evening and found this hotel on booking for discounted price cca 25 eur per night. When I arrived there they told me they can only give me a room for non-discounted price if I don't book it over booking.com... After few minutes of arguing they gave me the room for discounted price. It was probably one of the worst rooms in the hotel. It was on the end of the corridor, with the view on the harbour which is quite popular place for youth to stay and party in the evening....so it can be quite loud. Well it didn't bother me, but I am sure it would bother most visitors. Otherwise it was OK. Staff was friendly, wifi is working great - at least in my room it was. I could park my motorcycle in front of the hotel and the guard guaranteed me he will look after it so I don't have to worry. For the price I paid for the hotel it was OK...but if I had to pay non-discounted (double) price I would regret staying there.

I enjoyed my walks on the Volga River boardwalk just steps away from the hotel. Early in the mornings there's a wonderful freshness coming from the river and every evening you can see an amazing sunset. The area is safe with lots of people coming to enjoy the boardwalk daily. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, professional and helpful. Their buffet breakfasts are nice and yummy. You can have either city view or river view from your hotel window and both are nice. The ambience is quiet and peaceful during the day and at night.

Уважительный и внимательный персонал, хорошая кухня и прекрасное расположение в исторической части города на берегу Волги.

We were staying one night in August. Generally location is good. It was a bit noisy at the evening because our room had direction to the embankment and people stay there long during warm summer nights. My husband has long term Russian working visa for high qualified specialists and he can travel across Russia without registration for shirt term stay. For 3 years we visited may be 30 hotels in Russia and only in astrakhan azimut hotel at 7 o'clock in the morning guy at reception began to disturb us with a question of reason of our stay, confirmation of arrival ( we were traveling by car and he even asked to provide with holidays requirement from work). It was really annoying. We will not ever come back there.
