The tv was not working

The owners took very good care of their guests and their facility. As an Army location, this was an excellent place for the service men as well as a grandmother to a service man.

very noisy, can hear people walking in the hallway, doors opening and closing even with loud AC on full blast.

When I first arrived I was promptly greeted by staff, and saw their 100 score posted on the wall. The facilities are clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel is located in a great part of Hinesville. You are literally less than 5 minutes from many major shopping stores and well known restaurants.

Everything was perfect.

I like the fact that it was clean and quiet. The staff could have been a little more friendlier. I guess they were having a bad day. The lady at the front desk was not nice at all.

I stayed here a month ago and it was great I came back this weekend and when I went into my room there was dead cockroaches in the shower and all over the floor. She moved my room I got up at 1am to cockroaches on me and in my bathroom and all over the sink in the living room! I went downstairs right away and was told by the owner I had to speak to his wife in the morning when I talked to her she just said I changed your room once I know you aren’t getting a full refund maybe discount on next stay which I won’t be back so I asked for at least part of a discount and she said she had to talk to the manager? She’s the manager! Rooms 210 and 212 are infested with cockroaches.
