THE STAFF ARE ALL EXCELLENT.ANYTIME I VISIT FAMILY I STAY AT THIS HOTEL WITHOUT A DOUBT THEY ALWAYS ARE ON DUTY AND WILLING TO HELP WITH ANY ISSUES.

NOTHING EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.

The manager was very rude. Never had an issue there. She said someone smoked in the room but I don't smoke. She called me a "nigga" when I argued that I don't even smoke and thats unfair to blame people for things possible other customers have done. She was unreasonable. I will never recommend this property to my business or family again. Seems now alot of drug dealers living there anyway so I found a better hotel in town. If u dont want people staying at your property because they place a complaint say that but don't falsify notes on the customer so that they can't spend money at your business. And actually clean the rooms. Hair in the sheets, dirty shower curtains , filthy carpets... it has went down tremendously since I began staying and the older lady manger, Indian lady is vulgar. To be called a nigger at a business or anywhere is atrocious. And I am spreading the word. U need to remove her. Bad for business.

The female manager, its a family, she is the mother. And she is absolutely rude and vulgar. Very hateful woman. And deceptive.

It was convenient, reasonable price, and a nice night time staff.... The morning staff was good too, but I didn't interact much with them.
