The location was great and staff helpful where they could be.

The property is dated. Our first room on the first night the air con didn’t work, the toilet seat was broken, the taps in the bathroom broken and bed was 2 singles pushed together. 2nd night we were moved rooms, air con worked, however the cleanliness was awful there were used contact lenses on the headboard and ceiling, tv hanging off the wall, plug sockets burned out! The bed was so hard again. The lift accommodates 2 people only with a bit of luggage and only 1 lift in the whole hotel so you could be waiting a fair while! All in all not ideal considering the money.

Location to Twickenham Stadium, only 40 mins away - walking

The cleanliness of the room, the bathroom looks like it needs renovating, rust marks on the shower hinges the shower try and seal where dirty. There was dust on all the besides lamps, the USB charging plug, did not work.

I wanted to book a spa hotel to relax before a long flight. The facilities here were very good - pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna. All very clean. The staff were exceptionally pleasant & helpful.

The hotel was further from Heathrow than I’d expected

Air conditioning was not working at all.we didn't sleep whole night,Room was so much suffocated.Coffee and milk was not there.They need to set up all first.

Friendly staff..we were helped very nice. We had a good sleep and enjoyed the leisure..swimming..sauna and jacuzzi. We will definitely come back.
