The location was a two minute walk from the tube station, and that I really liked. It was well appointed and clean and modern and comfortable.

It was quite far away from London itself. I chose the properties specifically because the price was reasonable and it was right on a tube stop, but it was about 40 minutes outside of the center of town

The receptionist was very friendly.

The state of the room as it felt old and dirty with exposed wiring, noises coming from the extractor in the bathroom, bad odour around the community areas and the lift felt unhygienic.
