Nice place for the weekend

Second time staying here for a weekend youth tournament in the offseason. Anthony is always accommodating to any random needs. The rooms are always clean, it was quiet at night, and great location from the boardwalk and convention center. Great price for the room.

We stayed for one night for an event at the convention center. Check in and out were simple with no interaction needed. The location is very convenient. The mattress was firm but not the worst. The unit was clean and in good condition. The little kitchenette was a good feature, though we didn’t use it for our short stay.

The office staff (Teil) was attentive and offered assistance if we required anything during our stay including extra blankets and linens. We visited "off season" so parking was not an issue and it was quiet. We look forward to visiting again during "on season" and will chose Esplanade Suites again.

Updated clean rooms and Anthony was helpful and very friendly and attentive.

Nothing, it was great!

We liked the option of a 2 bedroom apartment with a pull out couch bed... And it was available on short notice. The pool was still open and the children had fun in there!

It was a Saturday night and there was a lot of loud music a block away, the racetrack was roaring away as well. Nothing the motel could go about that, just saying.... I also thought we were getting 2 queen beds in one bedroom and a king bed in the other but we had 1 queen size bed in one room and a regular twin bed in the other... Wasn't worth complaining about, we made it work and it was ok.

Unfortunately, i did not elect to stay at Esplanade and I left without checking in. The room smelled horribly of mold and i have respiratory problems. There was no staff to address this with. I expect a refund.

As stated above, i left without staying for health reasons and there was no staff on site to address the problem with.
