Esplanade Suites - A Sundance Vacations Property

This place was amazing I love that it was right by the boardwalk and the unit had kitchenware it made cooking for my son so much easier. The staff were truly kind and amazing! I’m definitely coming back.

Absolutely nothing

Everything was walkable and staff was friendly. Pool was clean, beach is 5 mins away, parking was excellent and not crowded. Walls were thin. Overall it was great.

Property is clean and quiet.

The mattress is old and you can feel the springs. Not comfortable night sleep.

Rooms are clean and comfortable Location is perfect.

The pool is way smaller than expected.

Location was excellent. Room was very clean upon check in Staff was helpful and nice. Free parking available on site. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite was large enough for a family of 4 with a nice layout. There was a pool on site.

Room showed signs of wear - the toilet paper holder was broken and drop ceiling could use an update in the main bedroom en suite. There were small holes in the wall in the kitchen. There were deep scratches in the floor in the second bedroom. The WiFi was non existent, so if you are coming with teenagers or small kids that love their iPads be prepared. There were 3 TVs in our unit (which was great) but the cable reception was horrible and most of the channels only came in on 1 of the TVs (with low resolution).
