I like the quality and comfortable of the bed. Shower and heather was excellent.

Staffing team front desk agent is ok. However, he needs to improve his communicating skills and should focus on listening to customer and develop listening skills. He's not focus. Maybe, he's English language is limited.

The shower drains didn't work and there was a broken shower floor and water went all over the motel when I showered I was extremely upset my wife slipped in it she's legally blind...and I took video of the whole thing then when the water went under the bed all kinds of thrash floated out and I was at my wits end,I got in my car and didn't even stay the night,motel 6 is a joke I will be calling corporate!!!

Firstly we checked in then about 6 pm kids were knocking on our door and running away and they kept yelling ding dong ditch,then the manager comes out screaming at some lady saying she snuck in through the window ..it was horrible then someone tried to steal the platform from my truck but it's locked on lol
