Bait and switch. Looked nothing like photos. Old bedspreads, old filthy broken lamps, dirty linoleum floor. Pillows were super uncomfortable. Terrible stay.

Customer service was great, front desk lady (receptionist) is kind and professional. The room I booked was wide, plenty of room for the family and possible 2 if allow, 2king bed and a sofa bed. The room was clean and with no smell, which was great because most non-smoking hotels are never non-smoking. Nothing to complain about at this hotel.

The only thing I didn't like of the room I booked is that the door is missing the bottom weather strip. You can see through the bottom, about 3/4" gap to 1" gap. It's a minor fix, but I sure do like to have a private room without anyone peeking or sliding a camera down the bottom recording.
