We stayed at hotel continental for 1 night . The views are amazing looking over lake Garda . The heated infinity pool was a very nice touch and I would stay again . The rooms was on 2 floors and was quite nice with a nice balcony looking out to the pools and on the lake . Even though it was spacious the room could have done with being refurbished a little . But it was fine for what we needed . The really stunning part of this holiday was the pool . I would recommend staying here .

I read with a wry smile the glowing reviews which were far from my experience. As a single I was in a cupboard lacking a chest of drawers other than aluminium pole to hang clothes but no doors. My sheets hadn't been changed by day 5 when I asked for it to be done. Food variable. Staff, with the exception of the Basil Fawlty Manager, were lovely and couldn't have done more to meet my needs.

An outstanding hotel, beautifully situated with excellent facilities. Giovanni runs the front desk very efficiently and seemed to always be there. Vincenzo was a superb maitre d’ in the restaurant. ALL the staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly- everyone one of the them greets us with a cheery “Buongiorno”. The food was excellent - though the breakfast hot food was only luke warm and better heaters are needed. Our room was very good with a large terrace. My only slight criticism is there were few extra amenities in the bathroom eg no tissues or hair conditioner and the handwash was in an awkward place. But overall we had a fabulous stay in this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The second room in the family suite requires stairs to go up. Not good for very young kids

Pools and location were fantastic. The rooms were made up twice a day.

No tea/coffee facilities in the bedrooms. Staff in the restaurants unfriendly
