Great location on the lake

The staff were quite rude, not as welcoming as we have had on other parts of our trip and an unwarranted arrogance which is a pity. There wasn’t the desire to help, and a general disdain in responses - perhaps they don’t like small kids but then they should make that clear in their policy

Breakfast was very good as was the location of the hotel.

Checkout. I wanted to use my AMEX card and was asked to use a Visa. I do carry a Visa for emergencies, only. When asked why they would not take the AMEX, I was told that the hotel did not want to pay the AMEX commission.

Good location to walkabout during the day and hang by pool/water in afternoon before refreshing and dining. A late night cap down on the dock was quite peaceful.

Lovely for being in the heart of Sirmione with all possible privacy and comfort. Staff are working hard to ensure everything is in good condition at all times. We had a great stay. Crucially, the AC works well. We loved having the private pier from the hotel into the lake.

"A wonderful property."

Appeared to be an excellent family run hotel. Incredibly friendly staff, reception were superb. Wonderful outdoor area overlooking the lake with a great swimming pool and lake access.

Only minor gripe was that the sheets were not changed in the 5 nights we were there, but not the end of the world.
