I would definitely recommend The Zuri to anyone who wants to have a view of heaven on Earth, also the staff are extremely courteous and humble giving a perfect experience and easily giving a customer delight rather than customer satisfaction.. keep it up guys 😊😊👍👍

Our 2 day stay in Kumarakom at the Zuri Resort was absolutely fantastic. The grounds are impeccably designed with such beauty and greenery. We came in July which is the off season and had the grounds to ourselves! We thoroughly enjoyed the spa, gym and games room. Sindu Kumar Nair our driver was so hospitable and was able to help us tour Kumarakom with ease (highly recommend you ask for him to help you your when you visit). We had the opportunity to visit Malarikkal, where we saw unique pink water lilies that grow in the rice paddy fields during June and July. Santosh, the manager at Zuri, met us personally upon arrival and ensured we were comfortable. Amal at the Lime Tree restaurant was so kind during each meal we had (delectable buffet breakfasts, coffee and chai hour, and a la carte lunch and dinner filled with authentic Kerala food). Ensure you book a consult with Dr. Vishnupriya at the spa and book an Ayurvedic treatment and facial - it was so calming and soothing. Also enjoyed the 1 hour boat ride in the Kumarakom backwaters organized by the resort. I just can’t say enough good things about this resort. Absolutely book this resort for your next trip to Kumarakom!!!

Thank you to the Zuri resort and the Lemon Tree restaurant for an exceptional stay. Although our ancestral home is in Kottayam, we love to come to the Zuri and decompress for a bit after our long travel to India. The reception staff, Lemon Tree- Amal and the crew, the cleaning crew, the guards, the boat ride, bikes, swimming pool- all made this time’s stay a very memorable one for our family. This hotel is everything that makes for an ideal getaway at kumarakom. It's scenic location, impeccable staff and great ambience as well as restaurant make it a dream place for a solid stay! Shaini at reception was warm and helped us tremendously. Staff are all brilliant and helpful especially if you are traveling with senior citizens

One of the best luxury resorts in Kerala. Visited with family in June. The resort looks even more stunning in the rain. The staff and management are very hospitable. The Front office, service team, house keeping- Bibbin & Sanchitha all are very courteous. This is a great time of year to enjoy the tropical climate of India and the Ayurveda therapies. Food is very good. Visit Zuri Kumarakom to experience it.

Zuri Kumarakom is an excellent property – calm, serene, and surrounded by lush greenery. It's the perfect getaway if you're looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. The resort is beautifully maintained and offers a wide range of activities to keep both adults and kids engaged, from pedal boating to cultural performances. The ambience is peaceful and relaxing, with every corner offering scenic beauty – whether it’s the backwaters, the gardens, or the poolside. The resort truly lives up to the idea of luxury amidst nature. A special mention must go to the staff – extremely courteous and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping team in particular deserves appreciation – Akshay, Gopika, and Rashmi went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Their attention to detail and warm attitude made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kerala!

Checked in with Family in Room Nos. 114 & 115, on 6th June & checked out on 7th June. We were indeed very impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the Zuri personnel, right from the Security at the Entrance, to the girls, who ushered us into the Rooms, who spared no effort to make us comfortable. A special word of appreciation for Mr. Akshay Babu, who served us with dedication and sincerity. Once again, a 'Big Thank You' from the bottom of our Hearts to the Zuri Management and your awesome Team, for making our stay so memorable !!! You guys really made us feel at Home !!!
