You pay for the breakfast and when you go down they have run out of everything.

The hotel was dirty and did not represent at all like the pictures on your website! My son was getting bit by bugs when he sat on the bed and we left. I have contacted my insurance company for a refund. I tried to reach out to hotels.com but I could not get through to anyone.

Very pleasant hotel near little town to walk to and have a wine at a bar. Location is close to the airport.

Not good service in restaurant, especially breakfast service personnel was extremely rude. Seems like they went out of their way to be rude and unpleasant. The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the airport.

The hotel staff was very rude once they realized we did not speak French. I was actually shocked how poorly we were treated compared to other guests. The hotel itself is just “okay” the carpet in the room we stayed in was disgusting, the sink spit out water everywhere (soaking the floor and toilet nearby). The bed was average, no plush to it. Parking was also a pain - having to get a new ticket each time you want to leave / waiting in line at the front desk to do so.

The hotel staff were rude. Hotel carpets were smelly. Loft did not work. AC did not work. Cigarette smoke was reaching the room from the window. The experience was terrible.

From the moment I arrived at the front desk the staff was very rude to my friend and I during our check-in. When we arrived at our room we were met with a hot, pungent odor. Soon to find out the Air conditioning unit was apparently broken and there was duck tape holding the control unit together. When I walked into the bathroom I found the sinks faucet to be bent inward almost touching the bottom of the sink it-self. My friend went downstairs and let the staff know of the issue and he returned stating they had told him they’d send a repair man up. No one came up to the room. I then went back down stairs and kindly let the staff at the front desk know of the issue ignoring the fact my friend had already been down and stated the same. The girl at the front desk tells me quite snidely “umm maybe we can send someone up to fix it”. I then asked to me moved to another room as we had just checked in and she states she’ll ask a manager. I thank her but she doesn’t go off and ask anyone. A few moments later she proclaims “have you touched the beds”. I confusingly reply “no” and in short she hands me another room key. This next room was right down the hall from the first and was not nearly as bad. EXCEPT the pee stain on the mattress and the fact that the bathroom smelt of Salami. Very odd as no matter what you did to cleanse the odor it persisted. I attempted to sleep on top of the mattress and checked out in the morning. Horrible hotel.

I stayed here to be close to the airport because I had an early morning flight. The bathroom smelled horrible and the duvet had strange stains/residue on it. Overall, I felt uncomfortable staying there because it did not feel clean at all.

Check-in is always easy, the rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, thae baths are nice for this price range, it's reasonably quiet, and the price is quite good. Access to CDG is great. However, parking is a nightmare since the spots were laid out when the French still drove normal cars; the big fat SUV's and vans everyone is driving now make parking and navigating the lot a nerve-wracking challenge.
