Very good overall even though the room was too small, but ok to sleep only!

Nothing particular to recommend this hotel. Check-in took about 20 minutes, room was quite small and basic, bathroom very basic with towels like sandpaper. Restaurant poor - had to clear own table in order to take second course and wine forgotten and staff had to be reminded of the order

A good location, however staff are not really customer focused and I'm sure view there role as just a job and income. The food is not good and it left me dining at another hotel

Location was good. And it was clean and quite adequate. Great value for money.

Terrible service they won’t help you if you speak English front desk rude room is small and they try to charge for everything the maids always wake you up and if you pay for late checkout they will harass you til you do before time even if you pay 20 euros no atm and American plugs cost more there than in a public market , terrible experience

It used to be a very good, clean, reasonable priced hotel but now it needs a complete overhaul, dirty carpets, aircon and smelly rooms, will definitely NEVER ever stay there again

The room was acceptable for one night prior to an early morning flight. It had 2 twin size beds (there were 2 of us) . It was very tight to maneuver around the beds, stowing 1 large suitcase & 2 carryons. I hadn’t read any room dimensions prior to booking & was somewhat surprised how small it was. It sufficed the 1 night stay but if needed for a longer time I would have had to try to upgrade as it was claustrophobic to me. Cleanliness as seen from my weary eyes was close to excellent...1 small bit in a corner of the bedroom & 1 small corner in bathroom on floor needed a better swipe over with dusting/mop. Didn’t have time to use the coffee/tea set up but it looked very clean. I’m a light sleeper & slept decently without noise problems from outside the room. All in all, for the money, it was very near excellent accommodations & friendly, helpful staff.

Rude and arrogant

I like that this hotel has a restaurant. I travel alone and it is a nice amenity. Some have complained that the carpets in the rooms are worn and I would agree. However, they are not dirty. Linens are changed daily - not just made up. This hotel is typical of a European lower cost hotel and I think Americans always expect more than what is standard in U.S. (such as larger rooms, take away toiletries, face cloths and an over abundance of towels). The room I had might be a bit small for 2 people but I was traveling for business and did not spend much time in there anyway. This was my second stay and I would not hesitate to go there again.

€5 20-minute shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel (because it has multiple stops first) The guy in the front desk was great. The room was so-so. It's tinier than in the photos. There was a weird smell at first but aired it out so it's fine. The biggest issue for me was the AC was cranked down to the lowest setting but it was still a little hot in my room so I had to open the window every few hours, thank God it's cool outside already, what about in the summer? The bed was not the comfiest but you get what you pay for really, it's not bad for 1-2 nights. I wouldn't say I'd stay here again but i wouldn't mind if I really had to.. P.S. A cleaning lady/man opened the door without knocking first (even though my Do Not Disturb sign was hanging outside the door) but since I was playing music loudly, they knew I was inside and they closed the door immediately. I wish the staffs were respectful enough for those DND signs or at least knock loudly. What if someone was naked when they come in? That's not cool at all.
