Close to the airport, shuttle bus in the morning was prompt. Finding the shuttle bus to get to the hotel the day before, however, was difficult - I took a taxi (€20)

"Shuttle not at par w/ hotel"

Hotel was good. Since Covid access to and availability to shuttle service poor and slow. Difficult to get to and back to airport with luggage. Sad decline in otherwise good service

No A/C and the staff at reception only offer a bottle of water as a compentation ! No aceptable for the price we pay, no option were give or offer to the customers! Also the transportation to get there afer 21:30 hrs , so difficult!

Surprised by the wonderful buffet in the restaurant. Great patio space outdoors, and nice bar area. Very noisy, I specifically asked for a quiet room and got there early in the day. It would have been nice to be at the back of the hotel, not next to the entry where I was woken by cars driving in and out. Wish the hairdryer had worked.

"False advertising"

This hotel is very disappointing for a Campanile brand hotel. First there is NO shuttle to the airport, there is a city BUS in front of the hotel which is absolutely not the same, advertising Airport Shuttle is misleading. Second, the A/C was broken during the heat wave and sleeping with the window open is not realistic given how to close to the airport the hotel is. Finally "next generation room" is misleading as well: carpet is dirty, Wifi was slow and almost inexistant and nothing was next generation about this room. Avoid this hotel at all COSTS, there is better alternatives nearby. I will avoid the whole Campanile brand in the future due to this experience.
