Campanile Paris CDG Airport Villepinte

Staying in this hotel was a nightmare… The room smells redolently bad! The rug was stained and dirty. The hotel claimed they do have Air-conditioning system whereas they only has fans in the room allocated to me. The staff were completely disrespectful after reporting the whole issue to them.

The rooms were small and not cleaned very well. Our room had a funky mold smell.

We’ve been using Campanile for years and have been very pleased with everything, but this time we were disappointed because the floor in our room was in a very bad state. It was badly stained and very worn, which made it look unclean. The restaurant was not as good as before; it also needed better hygiene.

On arrival we were given a room that was already occupied. We were quickly given another room but the air con didn't work and we had no "premium channels" That aside the evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Hotel seems to be suffering from the months of misuse and is sorely in need of upgrade and tlc. Great position for CDG airport.

We always stay here when flying out of CDG the next day since this hotel has the right combination of price, comfort and convenience. It's always clean, check-in/out is easy, and the breakfast (this last time included) was surprisingly good.

Only comment the shuttle from the airport is not working on Sunday

The condition of hotel does not match the price. Poor service. There is no heating.
