It’s a beautiful inn, well appointed, comfortable and in a great location.

Room was not cleaned whe we arrived and we had to self-clean and remove the sheets, towels, glasses and trash from previous guests. Thank goodness the bedsheets had been changed so all we had to do is put the pillowcases on the pillows and find clean towels and take the laundry out. We did report this to staff before heading out for a sunset cruise and they said they would take care of it. But when we returned after 10, it had still not been tended to which is when we self-cleaned the place and found clean towels. Too bad as the place was otherwise lovely but the dirty room was hard to overlook.

Mattress was amazing! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great location for walking in Camden. Character of property was nice and well kept. Breakfast was great. The avocado toast- amazing!

A great spur of the moment escape as we travelled down the coast of Maine and decided to extend our stay in Camden. Wonderful hospitality from moment we stepped in this European inspired oasis till we departed. Concierge level service from the Inn’s sommelier, architecturally interesting, small but punching above its weight class cocktails, wine and beer… bar inside… and the breakfast offered a range of options… would definitely stay there again.

We spent 5 nights here over 4th of July weekend & absolutely loved it. Our room - Paris - was beautiful & the bed so comfortable. The rest of the house was beautiful as well. Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast & dinner very good. Would come here again!

This was my first B&B - and it was terrific! Meghan couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Hartstone is so conveniently located that it was easy to walk to everything: stores, restaurants, parks, etc. Parking was a breeze. We really enjoyed the time we spent there.
