Front office , rooms , atmosphere food is great. But the restaurant at the ground floor manager / supervisor is very rude. No please, sorry, apology and excuse me from her . Stayed there for 5 nights ,and being told off twice during breakfast. For placing and order at the counter and few mornings later same person told me off for getting some water at the counter, after waited for some time to get served. Just a reminder I’m your customer not your staff.

Fluted glass wall between bathroom and beds. Could see and hear everything. Also clear wall into hallway, did not help with noise and had to put the blind down. Not private otherwise

We love staying at this property. The rooms are perfectly fitted out. The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable. Reception staff are exceptional and the dining/sitting area is very relaxing and comfortable. Breakfast here is non-plus, casual, with the best menu options. Perhaps one of the best attributes about this is property is the lighting. So calm and warm throughout. No horrid fluorescent lights. Such a welcome change to most hotel-type accommodation. The restaurant and Bar Lord Lincoln, provide quality wines and exquisite meals.

There is absolutely nothing we could dislike about Zagane’s House.
