"Calm and friendly boutique hotel"

We love coming here. Attentive and friendly staff, clean and comfy room and bed, excellent breakfast and great location. Bus stop across the road, 10 mins to trams, or easy 20-30 min walk into the city. Also recommend Lord Lygon, the semi-detached wine bar/restaurant adjacent. Great place for a nightcap or a quiet dinner.

"Wonderful stay at Zagame's House"

We had a wonderful stay at Zagame's House. Very clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The staff are great - friendly and efficient. The location was perfect: close to family, to public transport, the city, which made getting around incredibly easy and enjoyable. The staff were exceptional: warm, responsive, and genuinely helpful specially Miss Rebekah, Mr Mohi and Miss Ruby they were very helpful when we need them. We especially appreciated such a lovely and memorable touch to our stay. The whole experience felt welcoming, comfortable, and very well cared for. I’ll definitely be a returning guest

"Very comfortable, clean and great location."

Very clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The staff are great - friendly and efficient. The location is very good - right on Lygon Street. Good breakfast options.

Coffee is the only issue in that it is okay but doesn't seem up to the very high standard offered by this hotel in every other way.

The breakfast is always yummy 😋 as are all of the meals. All my needs were catered for. Easy walking distance or tram ride to the city.

Nothing, I really enjoyed my stay.

"Excellent Choice we will be back!!"

Excellent hotel and such a great location. Just love the arty decor and easy relaxed atmosphere. Exceptional breakfast.. We met family for dinner at The Lord Lygon restaurant and it was a great choice food and wine were superb. Cool and funky
