My home away from home. The rooms are always comfortable enough that I'm happy to lock myself in all day. The staff are so friendly I find it hard to stop chatting to them. The location is so accessible and central without being too busy. Zagames House is truly the place to stay if you're visiting or having a little staycay Melbourne.

I have been stying at Zagame's House for years for mainly business and a few family trips to Melbourne. Why stay @ Zagame's Great clean and modern rooms. large king beds Awesome staff Great restaurant and bar for breakfast through to dinner and drinks after work Conveniently located, literally across the road from local shops, restaurants and pubs on Lygon street. Very well priced for the service, location and ammenities

Zagame’s House is a fantastic place to stay right at the start of the always busy Lygon Street. Beautifully refurbished it is a perfect base for exploring Melbourne. The rooms are nicely appointed and the bed is fantastically comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that there is a growing trend for hotels to install bathrooms that are not completely seperate from rooms - so if you want privacy on the loo, you don’t get it. Unfortunately it’s the same at Zagames, the toilets are not really fully separated from the main room and that’s not ideal if you’re travelling as a couple. But other than that - it’s great. Fantastic breakfasts and a dedicated free car park. Excellent value when you include these not inexpensive things. Would highly recommend!
