Zagame's House

Stayed here for a week while attending a conference and exploring Melbourne. The location is excellent, with convenient access to both my conference venue and the CBD. My room faced the main road, so it was a little noisy at night, but it was still manageable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

The biggest issue was the cleanliness. Although housekeeping came every day, it didn't seem like the carpet was vacuumed properly. There were clumps of hair on the carpet that clearly weren't mine, and I accidentally left a tissue in the corner of the room that was still there after housekeeping. Talked to reception, and they said they would speak to housekeeping, nothing changed. The tissue stayed there until I checked out. I chose this hotel for its excellent location, but I wouldn't recommend it if cleanliness matters to you. There should be other hotels in Melbourne at a similar price point with a higher standard of cleanliness, so I wouldn't stay here again.

Struttura curata e arredata con design moderno. Bella la stanza con ampio letto e bagno con doccia spaziosa. Ottimi prodotti da bagno! splendida colazione. C’è l’opportunità di magiare a pranzo e cena nel bistrot vicino, anche questa un’ottima scelta.

The two single beds combined to make a double bed was uncomfortable and should have been addressed when checked in.
