The setting and the staff were wonderful communal areas fantastic and the room was fine but the bathroom in our room let it down. It felt old you could not stand under the shower over the bath you had to hold the shower head it didn’t reach the bracket on the wall. Simple things to fix but a little DIY in our room anyway would make a big difference. Luckily Santorini is so delightful we were not in the room much. It did however have the most wonderful views and was spacious just really the bathroom let it down. We didn’t complain as the staff were so delightful we didn’t want to upset anyone.

Andromeda has provided us with best service for our first trip in Santorini. I think this place is a hidden gem with best views in Santorini. will definitely go back and stay again in Andromeda. Staff are nice and accomodating.

Excellent stay but be careful as some of the balconies aren’t private due to the hotels position on the caldera. We had people walking across ours which woke us up most mornings. Otherwise everything was fantastic, including the restaurant.

The private pool has a great view of the sunset and the volcano. The room was clean and spacious. I will recommend it to my friends.

They were very gentle and help me to schedule last minute pick up at the airport. The room was clean and in good conditions

Excellent view of the Caldera from every level of the hotel. Nice quiet hotel and town away from the madness of the larger towns. Located on the cliffs of Imerovigli ideal for a relaxing vacation. Hotel was able to arrange a taxi to take us into town at short notice. Taxi ride into town and then come back to a quiet uniquely beautiful location.

The service was great . Room very spacious . The view was amazing .

I love the view of this property, I didn't know that the room is actually facing the ocean. The sunset was amazing from our balcony. The only thing is because of the view a lot of tourist stopped to take pictures specially the couples who doesn't care that they blocked the view from the other guests.
