Skirvin Oklahoma City, a Hilton Hotel

We have been coming to the Skirvin for over 13 years. We spent our first Anniversary here and have been coming back since. It's an incredible hotel with a rich history. The recent and ongoing renovations are incredible (especially the addition of Boom Town Creamery on- site). The bar is incredible with live piano and music. Arrica, Melody, Sterling, Bailey and Luke always take great care of us in the Red Piano Lounge. The best part of all is the Valet service! Over the years we have gotten to know several of them on a personal level. They are very attentive and take care of anything we need. Jeff, Alex, Ryan, Holden, Brian and Brandon are a absolutely the best! Can't say enough good things about them and the job they do! They always go the extra mile!

Great stay except, housekeeping tried to enter our room at 8:20am while we were still in bed. (Thankfully we had the extra door latch open, so they were only able to open the door about an inch ) Not fun to spend the money to get away and sleep in, only to be woken up by a stranger trying to come in our room several hours before check out time. It was weird! I reached out to management via email, but it’s been 3 days and no response. Otherwise a beautiful hotel. Will stay elsewhere the next time we go to OKC.

This was a fantastic stay, peaceful, beautiful architecture, kind wait staff, lovely amenities.

It was pouring when we checked in; the valet was amazing. He helped load things into the cart without any hesitation. Checking in, the gentleman was not as helpful. He was very short with me and didn’t even tell us what floor/room, hours for restaurant, anything. We arrived pretty late, so we were just going to get room service. Called and ordered chicken; about 20 minutes later they called back and said they were out of chicken. Sigh. There were spiders and hair in the tub. The staff in the restaurant itself though, for breakfast, were so nice. Food was pretty so-so. We won’t stay there again.

Very art decor and not changed its period. One issue no fridge but the ice-cream is to die for.

Stunning hotel from the outside and the reception area was amazing. The room was big and had a good size bathroom. I found the bed comfortable. We had an amazing breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

I thought the room was comfortable and clean, and the lobby area was beautiful. The bathroom was very nice, but our hot water didn’t work at night, but it was fixed by morning. The shower was great, and the place was stocked with good soap.

Amazing customer service! We love this historic hotel!
