Loved this hotel. A great location and high quality rooms. Breakfast was excellent, with extremely friendly staff member. Piano bar was superb, especially member of staff called Melody - so friendly and helpful with suggestions as to where to visit as we hadn’t been to OKC before. Would highly recommend this hotel - absolutely cannot fault it.

This review is limited to only the Mother’s Day brunch on 5/11/2025. After searching for place to post a review, I could not find one. After our experience, I can understand why. First we paid almost $300 for three people ($74.95 plus tax and 20% service fee). We had a friendly, but overworked server. Most of the servers were busily clean tables and preparing them for other families, but had little time to take care of people at the tables. The food was ok at best. Most of the hot foods were warm, at best, with some actually at room temperature. Deserts were numerous, but mostly cakes that looked like they came from Sam’s. The people, in general, were friendly. I could say more, but will bring this to a close. My wife had been wanting to go to this annual “feast” for a long time; we had not gone due to the high cost involved. So after “biting the bullet” we decided to splurge. She said today, “I do not want to do that again.” End of story.

Staff was outstanding!

Before booking I contacted the property to ensure the hot tub was operational. I was assured that it was. Upon check-in I asked a=what time the hot tub closed. I was told 10:00pm. Upon arrival I visited the hot tub to find that I had been lied to and the hot tub was absolutely not functional and had not been for days. It's one thing to have a mechancical failure, but an entirely different thing to blatantly lie to a customer. Very disappointing.

Easy walking distance to several places. Need an additional mirror outside of the bathroom close to a plug in.

Good hotel. Good experience but they were finishing renovations during my stay

Quick trip to OKC. The hotel was beautiful and beds were very comfortable. Staff was nice and accommodating. Blow dryer in room was not working and brought up a new one in minutes. Bruch at the hotel restaurant was great, as well.
