Great environment, room and service

The service was decent, the breakfast quality was reasonable, and fresh towels were provided daily. However, the room I stayed in was extremely disappointing. Although I had booked a non-smoking room, the room had a strong smell of smoke. Unlike the room my travel companion stayed in, which did not have any noticeable odor, this room was overwhelmed by what seemed to be a distinct smell. I requested a room change but was informed that no other rooms with a king bed were available. That was a nightmare stay.

Never anybody at the front desk they are always in the back room behind their front desk,or lounging around on the furniture by the TV. Not friendly at all they seem to be bothered whenever you asked for anything. They do not greet you or smile at you when you check in hallways were never vacuumed on a daily basis or the stairways cleaned,trash cans piled up for several days around the property.

It wasn’t a bad trip, the room had a pretty severe cigarette smell though. I

The receptionist was delightful and accommodating. She had a great sense of humor which was gold to me after my long drive.
