Comfort Inn & Suites Panama City North

The staff was great but our AC ran all night and never cooled our room . The toilet ran until you took the back off zn fixed the plug. Some one was beating the benfing machine at 2am.

I would say find a different hotel. If you needed towels you had to turn in the ones you had and pick up a new set at a given time. They did not clean the room at all for the stay. We were there for a week. I had to ask for toilet paper multiple times during the stay. It had an odor of mustyness and weed.

Wont be staying again

The staff was super nice and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were absolutely the best!

I DIDN'T like that due to sloppy communication efforts on the part of this property my booking was canceled. My booking was confirmed on my app along with the booking company, and this location told me it was canceled. I paid 165.00 for a room that was given to someone else! This happened at night in Panama City, Florida. My family to include a minor child had to scramble to find other accommodations. This location made zero attempt to remedy the situation.

This hotel is pretty busted to be honest. The common areas (elevator, hallways) are in rough shape. There's an ever present smell of marijuana, a few holes in the hallway wall, and just generally shabby. My room was surprisingly ok compared to the common spaces. The pillows were a little sad (tiny and deflated). The lamp and bathroom hardware was all corroded, but I suppose that comes with the territory in coastal Florida. The air conditioner worked well. I paid about $140 for this room, so I wasn't expecting the Four Seasons. All in all, it hasn't been my favorite Panama City hotel in this price range.
